Poster Call
During “Bridging European Science II” a poster session is planned. This session will be an essential part of our symposium, which aims to encourage interaction and the exchange of ideas among meeting participants.
TOPIC
As we want to promote science, we do not have any restriction on the scientific field: Chemistry, Archeology, Physics, Architecture, Literature…
Please, keep in mind that you are showing your science to researchers from different disciplines. Be creative!
ELIGIBILITY
Students, postdoctoral fellows, employed and unemployed scientists are kindly asked to present a poster about their current or previous research.
TRAVEL GRANTS
Poster candidates being members of ACES and up to date on the annual fee, will have priority to be considered for a travel grant. Please check the corresponding requirements here.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION AND DEADLINE
Abstract will be sent only in text format during the registration process through the corresponding field. The deadline for abstracts submission is the 6th of May, together with the registration deadline. If you are already registered but forgot to write your abstract, you can send it to aces.directiva@gmail.com. Abstracts arriving after the 6th of May will not be considered.

Selection is made by organizer review
Only one abstract is allowed per submitting author
Submission of the abstract signifies consent to publication of the abstract in ACES, CED and CERFA online platforms or in printed form
Poster space is limited; submit your abstract early.
Character Count for the abstract: 2200 characters, including spaces
Poster size: A0 or A1
If you are awarded with a travel grant, the logos of ACES and the Fundación Ramón Areces have to be included.
