Nos complace invitarles a la Asamblea General de ACES 2025, que tendrá lugar el jueves 4 de diciembre a las 18:00 en la Embajada de España en Estocolmo. Este año, la Asamblea será una ocasión especial para combinar ciencia, gastronomía y participación activa de todos los miembros.

Iniciaremos con la presentación de las actividades realizadas en 2025, los planes previstos para 2026 y un resumen de las actualizaciones de los Estatutos.
La ciencia del pan
A continuación, Francisco Vilaplana (KTH) y Miguel Ángel Cortés (KI) nos explicarán los procesos científicos que ocurren dentro de una hogaza de pan: reacciones químicas, texturas y aromas. Tras esta sesión, tu percepción sobre el pan cambiará por completo.
Concurso de Pinchos de ACES
Para concluir, celebraremos el Concurso de Pinchos de ACES, en el que invitamos a los miembros a participar trayendo un pincho propio, ya sea tradicional, experimental, vegano, molecular o de cualquier estilo creativo. Habrá un reconocimiento al pincho más original, pero lo más valioso será compartir y disfrutar juntos la experiencia gastronómica.

ACES 2025 General Assembly
We are pleased to invite you to the ACES 2025 General Assembly, which will take place on Thursday, December 4th, at 18:00 at the Embassy of Spain in Stockholm. This year, the Assembly will be a special occasion, combining science, gastronomy, and active participation from all members.

We will begin with a presentation of the activities carried out in 2025, the plans for 2026, and a summary of the proposed updates to the Statutes.
The Science of Bread
Next, Francisco Vilaplana (KTH) and Miguel Ángel Cortés (KI) will explain the scientific processes that occur inside a loaf of bread: chemical reactions, textures, and aromas. After this session, you will never look at a loaf of bread the same way again.
ACES Pincho Contest
To conclude, we will hold the ACES Pincho Contest, where members are invited to bring their own pincho, whether traditional, experimental, vegan, molecular, or any other creative style. A prize will be awarded for the most original pincho, but the most valuable part will be sharing and enjoying the gastronomic experience together.
